    • Great little shelf but not the most stable
I have used this shelf for a while and it has fallen a couple times. I initially had a collection of small items but after it fell I chose to use some larger Items so I would not lose anything. The first time the nut that controls the angle seemed to come loose and the second time it was too much weight. Once I figured out the right tightness and balance it has worked perfectly. If you've set up a webcam, you know how to set up this shelf — the process is pretty much the same. Just hook the front lip over the top of your monitor, and then adjust the back "leg" until it's braced/balanced. That's it! It was super easy to install and didn't require any additional tools. Once it's set up, it can hold a surprising amount of stuff! Use common sense, obviously, and don't overload your poor monitor with super heavy objects; however, for normal usage it works awesome! I usually keep my timer, an emergency snack (sometimes I write for long hours and forget to eat), some spare pens, a hair clip, and a couple other odds and ends. Lately, I've been keeping a "Thought of the Day"/Affirmation card on display on my lil Bodur shelf as well, but you could just as easily keep a calendar or whatever you'd like there. For example, if you're sent a birthday card you could keep it on display via your monitor shelf so you could see it throughout your work day without it getting in the way of your actual workspace :) This is a great lil shelf and I'm happy to have it.     • Nice sturdy shelf
I'm pretty happy with this screen shelf and its still holding up just fine after a couple weeks. I currently have it on top of my pc monitor and its holding a few items including a headphone amp and stand. Setup is super simple and its made of pretty thick plastic. Two small complaints though, the first being that ugly branding right across the front of the stand. I wish they would have put it on the back instead. The second issue I had is with the pass-through holes. They're great if you're placing something that has cables on the shelf but I wish the stand came with something to cover them up when you're not using it. ... show more

This is a decent shelf. The plastic feels thin, but it is attached to my TV pretty quickly, and it's nice to have a place to store all my TV remotes. The 'instructions' printed on the back of the box are vague. Look closely at the pictures because one side has a wider hole than the other side, and that's the side the screw goes through. They don't indicate this at all in the directions. Also, prepare to see the words 'Bodur' plastered right in front. It doesn't make the shelf seamless -it makes it stick out like a sore thumb. ... show more

Very neat and convenient little accessory, It is so easy to setup and wow, en extra shelf for my TV's remote in a funny place. If you need one, go for it! It even has a little lip to make things less likely to slip off, too.

This TV top shelf works fine. It seems sturdy enough and can adjust to variety of TV widths. What I'm not particularly happy about is that it say BODUR in large white letters across the front. I wondered how I missed that when I ordered this and I went back to the Amazon post to take a look and realized that the main first picture does not include BODUR. The next picture does, but I find it misleading. None of the product pictures on the box it comes in features BODUR either. Since I don't want to see BODUR every time I look at my TV, I am covering it up with black electrical tape. ... show more

This was really easier than I expected it to be to install - for some reason, I had it in my head that it would be a pain, but it wasn't. You just extend the back piece to an angle for how high you want it to sit, tighten the knob, and that's really it! Just know that there's a brand name on the front of the lip that's going to show, but if that doesn't bother you (which it doesn't bother me), it's perfect - I put a little clock up there, a Funko Pop character that was on my desk previously, and some smart-alec sign that was previously hanging over-top of my monitor that's now out of the way.
