I like these. I didn't really know what to expect when I bought these, but they had good reviews. I like these. I wanted to get colored lights for my room, but didn't want to get string lights. They provide a soft light and nice mood/warm lighting. I like the purple vibe. FYI, the bulbs themselves are white when you get the package. The media could not be loaded. These 2 pack LED purple lights are perfect for under our front porch . We are using them for Halloween but they can be put anywhere outside or inside for a nice effect. I am very happy at the bright glow of these. They are extremely easy to install and at qdt glance you wouldn't know they were purple as the bulb part is white..but the base is purple color and as soon as you turn them on a bright purple shines out and lights up the area ! I don't think these are dimmable but that's OK. These make our porch have an even better Halloween appearance and makes my white coat glow almost like a black light but these are better. I think they will also make a dorm room or bedroom feel cozy. Great price, good lighbulbs and these also have a 3 year warranty which is great. ... show more
