The volume when recording is not as good as I hoped. I adore these. They're so bright and they make me happy. I wish there was a cordless option. At first, the person i was talking to had a bad echo. It took me a while to figure it out but I had to turn off 3D audio in my game. Bit of a bummer. I use it for gaming and the spatial audio is helpful. They're cute enough I'll do without though ... show more

Well, one star because the mic quality is decent, and another because they're pretty...but...I've only had them a couple days and they're giving a weird feedback (I'm using them for voice calls, video chats, and pc gaming). I've tried all the troubleshooting, and other headsets aren't doing it, it's just these all of a sudden- it's the same feedback sound you get with a faulty connection from a bad cord. Also, there is no indication when you mute the mic that it has actually muted which has already left me in an awkward situation once in just the span of a couple days. Push it too quickly- you're not muted, push it too long- you're not muted, it has to be a perfectly timed press only confirmed by saying "can you hear me? No? Okay..." or, "testing...testing..." and watching your audio levels. If you're plugging them into anything battery operated be aware the rgb runs the battery down quickly, which isn't necessarily the products fault, just something to be aware of- but maybe not cycling through colors as quickly could help somewhat, or something idk, but it does cycle a bit fast for my liking and no way to slow it down that I'm aware of. I wanted the 3.5 mm jack version, but again, that's not the product's fault, that's my fault for not looking closely enough at the picture- but for others like me who are looking quickly- this headset connects via USB only and does not come with an adapter or a converter so, read the description lol. My final gripe is that they are super uncomfortable. I tend to lay down with my headphones a lot and I literally cannot with these because it's the equivalent of 2x4's on the sides of my head. The padding is there, but it just mushes flat to the plastic. They're pretty, yes, but idk...I kinda just feel like I fell for an expensive gimmick because I can buy both headphones and rgb lights at the dollar store....friends say the mic sounds the same as when I'm talking through my phone.
