This is a solid piece of equipment … Equipment can break down.. Ours did. Motor locked up after 4 hours of use.. Due to fluids ,,,. Non returnable .. We did not purchase the extended warranty.. As any project; time is money.. So we had to rent a power washer to complete the job.. This company with Amazon’s help in less then 2 days did a complete refund.. ANY piece of equipment can fail any time. This company responded and resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. I would buy from this equipment manufacturer again.. In our 4 hours together …. Easy installation … Solid construction .. Over size tires .. 50’ of hose and a user friendly wand. I would suggest replacing the oil pump blades with metal ( we suspect ) rather then plastic…. To quote Gomer Pile, "Suprise-Surprise ". I have had a pressure washer for my home cleaning projects since owning my first home. In my experience, home use pressure washers, those with under 400.00 price tags are not built to last. My last PW was a Husky brand. It was 2600 psi and did the job, for 5 years. It was time to replace. Once this PW was out of the box I couldn't wait to get it started. Guys, and gals, if you want a machise that will do a better job for less, buy this PW. The one feature that i like is the low oil sensor which shuts the engine off when low on oil. A side note: check the oil in this machine before starting because it will now start if the oil is low. After topping of the oil this guy started up with one pull. It has less vibration then the huskey and 800 psi more power. Everything is more convenient including the oil drain plug. Changing oil regularly will keep this running a long time. Also, try using no ethanol gas. It'll help keep the the fuel end of this cleaner with little deterioration of plastic and rubber parts of carberator and fuel lines. It runs strong and will power clean like the expensive models.     • Good pressure washer it works well
The Blubery 3500 PSI is a good pressure washer. It did arrive with some issues that I had to fix. The first problem was the bottom of the frame where you insert the wheel was out of round from shipping. I was able to round it out using a round steel bar then I was able to fit the wheel into the frame. I see one of the "complaints" noted in the comments section happened on my washer with the first use. One of the screws that holds the metal cage over the exhaust came loose and fell. I had to find the screw in the grass and reinsert it. I tightened it and most every other screw or bolt I could reach. None seemed loose so I'm hoping that is the last issue I'll see of that kind. Lastly, I read in multiple reviews that people are having their spray wand melt due to it being mounted next to the exhaust (yes, very poor design there). Before I used it for my first washing project I reversed the handle mount and spray wand tray from the exhaust side of the washer to the non-exhaust side. It took some disassembly, some drilling and an hour and a half of labor to move and fit everything to the other side of the washer but it all fits. It holds the spray wand properly top to bottom and now I'm not worried about the spray handle melting from the heat of the exhaust. All in all the Blubery 3500 pressure washer works well has good pressure and does a great job cleaning. So far I've cleaned a section of 6ft. vinyl white fence that was in the shade under a tree and getting green from mold, now it looks like new and that was done without using any soap, just water pressure. ... show more

    • Unbelievable power
I got my 3500 PSI power washer yesterday and got oil in it today (did not come with oil). Boy I have used power washers all my life and this one has some power. I can clean most anyplace on my house with just switching out nozzles. I had a 90 degree adjustable nozzle from a previous power washer and put it on my new one to try to clean some gutters. I nearly broke my wrist when I hit the spray. Could not hold it up to clean the gutters. I'm going to buy some extensions and try a little different technique. But if you want a powerful power washer get the 3500 PSI. I do have one issue - the cover for the Unloader valve came off and I cannot figure out how it goes back on. I have some black electrical tape holding it on but going to have to find someone that can show me how to put it back on. Very impressive washer. ... show more

    • This power washer is garbage.
I opened and assembled the product added oil and gas and start washing my house. From the start this unit just didn’t sound like my last power washer that died after 10 years! The sprayer would stop randomly while using. So I took a break to let it cool down. When I returned to pull start the unit now the pull start will not engage. Had to take apart and put pieces back in place to get it to work. Got it going again and right back to pressure randomly working. Contacted Amazon to find this piece of junk is not returnable. 3 hours of use and now I have a $300+ piece of junk. Motor is loud but sounds normal, but as soon as you start to spray sounds like thing is going to blow up. Do not buy this big piece of junk that I’m stuck with. Guess time to stop buying from Amazon. Should have stuck with big box stores! Service is terrible, but you can return. Going to reach out to credit card and try and dispute charges? I will post daily on this companies site that sold this junk until I hear from them! ... show more

I am a power washing expert as I go through these things like crazy. I have 300 running feet of pvc fencing and a large concrete pool deck encasing my 20x30 ft in ground pool. This is my 6th power washer in the last 20 years. I purchased this product with skepticism as I have never heard of the brand. My decision to buy was based upon its high PSI rating and its cheap price. I have to say, this thing is no better or worse than pressure washers priced at almost double this one. It cleaned my concrete and fence with ease as I expected it too with the 3500 psi rating. It was a breeze to assemble, started on the second pull, and have had no issues with it. It seems well built and sturdy. Time will tell, but for the money, you just cant beat it. I recommend this unit. ... show more
