I was extremely satisfied with the machine that I got on August 31. Easy to set it up and started at first try. Unexpected power. I replaced a 2050 Clean Shot at 2050 psi with this one at 3500 psi. It made my holding hand go back whenever I pressed the trigger (not recommended if you are on a ladder) and the power was strong enough to clean spots that I had never been able to clean with the other one. The hose at 50 feet, was double the 25 feet hose, I had. For my triple driveway and walkways, I connected a B & S Rotating Surface Cleaner and the result was superb. Have tried only the yellow nozzle, which did an excellent job in my back lanai and patio. Overall, it's an excellent machine. I have only one negative comment to make. I used the machine during several days to do all my cleaning; at my age, I don't have enough energy to complete the task in one day. Yesterday, the hose got a very small hole (pic attached) and that was it; the pressure pushed the water thru and I couldn't work any longer. I switched the hose with the old one and was able to continue. Today, I wanted to finish, but the pressure was drastically reduced and I couldn't find a reason for it to act like that. After I finished the job, I wanted to contact the Bluebery company as suggested by Amazon. The linked website presents all products they have available, but there is no info about the company and no link for contacts. In fact, I don't even know who is the provider within Amazon. The Owner's Manual provides an email address for support, which is located in Shenzhen, China. ... show more

Overall I am happy with it. The wheel axel came in a little bent which makes the tire rub a bit but not worth returning. The gas cap is a little odd as it does not feel like it is on tight but seems to work just fine. The pressure and cleaning power is awesome. I bought a tornado tip for it and it buzzes through just about anything. I have used the tips that come with it as well and they work great. Love the look of it and seems like it is well built. You will need to buy oil for it. Recommend with all pw to maintain them well as they are prone to wear out quick. ... show more

Let me first begin, when writing a review on this or any product you should write about the complete experience ( The product and the support given if any by the manufacture ). Many reviews just point out how cute and easy it is to use....O.K....so that being said, if this is not your first pressure cleaner you might be on the fence of its approval. It doesn't compare to the robust competitors but it is a lot less expensive. A few observations are that I noticed the plastic tube for the soap dispenser is to close to the screaming hot engine and it's a disaster waiting to happen. The unit also overheats and shuts off after a full tank of gas, not practical! You do nothing and wait 20...30...minutes for it to cool off before doing nothing different and just pulling the coil to restart. The advertised 50ft hose is very small in diameter compared to what is the normal hose diameter for that length, from the competitors. Over all, its not a bad unit, but I would definitely say its a middle of the road for anyone. My unit came with a defective knob that holds it together so I contacted the seller for a replacement. Service is the back bone to any product, and they definitely came through. Therefore I give this cleaner 4 stars and the seller 5! They stand behind their products. ... show more

This Pressure Washer works well, with lots of pressure to get the job done! It assemble in less than 15 minutes and adding oil and gas was fairly easy. My only complaint is that the Unit is very NOISY when running and gets very HOT. It burnt the rubber off the base of the hose that's attached to the Pressure Washer. So, make sure that the pressure washer hose is not touching the unit when it's running or it will MELT. But overall it's a Great Washer and doesn't take up a lot of garage space!     • $359 Power Washer does NOT Work and they won't let me return it.

I started this power washer one time and it did great. The second time I tried to start it the plastic handle came off the pull cord. I got it reattached to the cord but now the rope is hanging a foot out of the engine and it does not have enough pull to start. They say my last day to return was July 9th. Today is July 31. The plastic handle did not fall off until after July the 9th because I did not have to use it for the second time until after the return date. I am mad as hell. This is a $350 expense going down the drain for a product that was not put together correctly. Amazon sucks and so does this seller YZX-SHOP. I used the item twice. Once before July 9th and once after. It did not break until after the return period was up. That is totally unreasonable. I am calling my credit card company to get involved and reverse the charges. I am pissed off beyond believe Jeff Bezos. ... show more

Will was damaged in shipping. Contacted Amazon wheel was replaced within one week. Fast response. Thank you. Have not tried the pressure washer yet but you can tell it is well constructed.
