It’s a pretty quick electric go-kart for what it is, but it has a low speed that we used, to let him get the hang of it. Then we let him get after it. It’s a pretty heavy car with a good heavy frame. He will be 3 years old in February and seemed to handle it ok. Assembly was easy and only took about 15-20 minutes. The brake lights and headlights were very “cool” to him and the Bluetooth radio was also a nice touch. The media could not be loaded. Bought for my 6 year old son that has a pretty fast e-bike and rides dirt bikes. He wanted something he could cruise around our neighborhood on and this was the perfect choice! It goes fast enough for him to get a thrill out of and he loves the drift feature. As you can see by the video, the lights are bright enough to be seen while in the dark. I purchased six of these for a go-cart track I built at my church. I ran them straight for an hour and a half before they started going dead. They claim 50 minutes of ride time which is probably right if you just rode full speed without stopping. The headlights make them good for night driving. I had teens riding them.
