Purchase this product first week the rear hub broke. Ask for a replacement part it completely different part was sent which was not compatible with the bike I worked with customer service tried my best to explain by sending photos and videos of the part that they sent versus the compatibility of the original I'm very dissatisfied I basically has taken my money through the garbage can and burned it They have refused provide me with a fix ... show more

The bike came disassembled as expected and went together pretty easily. I had to re-route one of the brake cables so it wouldn't bind. I took my time to properly adjust the disc brakes which is a bit of a process, but that is not a negative. Some of the stickers on ours were slightly damaged out of the box, but my son already tipped it over twice so now it fits in with the rest of the scratches... The one thing that REALLY BOTHERS ME is that they advertise in multiple places that this comes with 16" tires, this was a big part of why I bought this specific dirt bike. When I looked at the tires during assembly, they are both clearly ONLY 10" !!! It is the opposite of what I wanted, most others were 12" at the minimum, but others were actually 16" which is the right proportional size for a bike like this... These tiny wheels make the bike look very small and incorrectly proportioned, plus probably makes the riding experience harder and more twitchy... Problem is, from the time we opened the box, my son was helping me assemble it and he fell in love right away, so there was no going back... Lastly, while better than nothing, the headlight is VERY DIM, maybe enough to be seen, but doesn't really illuminate the road in front of you much at all... I may need to try to figure out a way to switch out the LED for something more substantial in the future... ... show more

The motorcycle is really a lot of fun and was such a treat for my grandson's birthday. He is having so much fun and it is safe and really a lot of fun. I recommend this to anyone who needs a good fun motorcycle. I looked at others and this is much higher quality than the other ones we looked at.
