I purchased 2 sets. The first set worked great for a few weeks, now only 1 of the floats will light up consistently. The second set that I purchased had one that worked after a day of charging in the sun, the other float didn't work for several days then only lit up dimly. The other major issue with them is that the valve to blow the float up sits near the waterline. It gets coated with dirt and debris. Wouldn't want to re-inflate the floats orally without thoroughly cleaning the floats. Returning both sets which is sad because when they did work, they were really pretty. ... show more

I've had these since last November. They're an excellent product that draws compliments from all who see them. They've worked flawlessly since the first day. They are solar charged, so charge up during the day, then come on automatically at dusk and run/last all night until daylight when they turn off and recharge. Bought a 4 pk while our pool was being built. Have used 2 of them for over 2 months so for & they look awesome! They stay fully lit all night until sun comes up. The weighted base keeps them secure on pool coping unless we have an extremely windy day. They also float in water. I have not had to reinflate either one yet. Keeping other 2 as backup spares.
