    • Needs a few improvements
I just bought this and have used it once to clean concrete driveway and sidewalks. I seriously doubt that this runs anywhere near 3500 psi, which is the reason I bought it. Putting it together was easy. But I couldn't get the wand (they call it lance) out of the gun. There is NO customer service or corporate info anywhere, not on the user pamphlet, the box, or online. Nothing. I chatted with Amazon and after several attempted fixes (including oiling), they finally told me to try compressing it--meaning push from the lance tip end toward the gun. Then twist. That did it. For me it's easiest to push the gun-with-lance down onto a rug while holding the lance with one hand and the gun with the other. Then twist. The power wash pressure and nozzles are not very powerful and did not really do much good, other than to apply the cleaning product itself. I bought a separate surface cleaner (another brand) to attach and that worked (scrubbed) great. My driveway would not be clean were it not for the surface cleaner attachment. I like the compact size of the pressure washer. The handle doesn't extend up, and so I have to bend down to pull it. It's not heavy, and I ended up just lifting and carrying it. Because of its small size, and because there are various cords and tubes attached, the unit wasn't very stable and kept falling over, even when there was still slack hose (provided) attached to the gun. The hose itself is very, very stiff and kinks easily, thus nearly cutting off the water supply. The hose isn't nearly long enough for my purposes. My driveway is maybe two car lengths long and the sidewalk in front is typical. Yet it was a bit of a hassle having to stop and move the unit several times when a more flexible and longer hose would have made the job easier. For clarification, this is the hose that feeds the gun, not the hose (your own hose) that you hook up to the water source. In spite of all this, I'm happy I bought a unit, and this one is fine overall. The surface cleaner, though, is what made actually cleaned the concrete. I highly recommend buying one. ... show more

This worked great for about 15 hours total not straight thru I used 4 different times and it was great the next time i tried hooking up the gun to the machine it would not stay connected UPDATE : i contacted the company they sent out a replacement part so im back in business. the company rep was very helpful ... show more

Good price super easy and convient to use but very weak don’t listen to the other comments I was fooled by them do not buy if need more then 1500psi msybe 0.7 gallons per minute very very weak

No explanation of how to attach soap tub so that it doesn’t fall off. Disappointing water pressure. Did not clean any better than our hose and nozzle. Would never recommend this product!
