  • Once you use this, no other bidet will compare
Size: Round
My wife and I used a bidet in Italy once and she liked it and I did not. After the recent events in the world, she convinced me to look into a bidet. So my thought was, if we are going to do it, lets plunge and do it right. I am so glad we did! The heated toilet seat with heated water is just heavenly. You just sit and let the bidet do it's job which by the way it does perfectly. The product itself is built sturdy and does not move around. The install was straight forward and easy to get installed. BioBidet is the brand for me moving forward since the build quality is solid, operationally sound, fantastic support team, and now I am looking into other options they have as well. Love the product so far. ... show more

  • Cheap import product
Size: Elongated
1.5 year update: Soft close lid broke after a year. The small deodorizing fan broke after a year as well. You cant use cleaners on it because its made of cheap plastic. Poop gets stuck in many of its poorly designed crevasse. The drying fan is really weak and the fan cover will fall off within months. Seems like a repackaged product from japan. Not worth the money... buy a different product. old review: So I never had owned a bidet before so this was a first time experience. After it was installed I plugged it in via an extension cord to a nearby outlet because I have yet to install an electrical outlet in my bathroom. First thing I noticed is whenever the sprayer turns on the lights in my room start flashing like a disco party from the 70's... osculating with the bidet's power draw. Second thing I notice is it is super intense... the water is spraying so hard. After using it for the first time I realized the machine just gave me an edema and I was pooping water for the next 2 hours or so. So after owning it for my first day I am a little scared of it. I would not recommend using the high spray setting as it can violate you in many ways. Also even though I bought the elongated model it still is a really small hole comparative to an actual elongated toilet lid you would get from home depot or lowes. Also the toilet seat is angled steep from the outside in, making it seem like your sitting on a vortex try to suck you into the toilet. Overall: I do enjoy not using toilet paper, I hope the machine doesn't rip me a new one and I hope I can figure out why my lights are flashing. UPDATE 5 Stars: I installed a power outlet that is supplied from my bathroom GFI circuit breaker (no lights are on this breaker) so I no longer have a disco party when I poop. ... show more

  • Clean behind - happy customer
Size: Elongated
You don't know what you're missing until you try it. This also makes you wonder why not every toilet in America has one built-in. I am very pleased with my purchase… The only reason for four stars is broke down after a year. The company is going to fix it for free, but I have to pay for the shipping, and that's like 40 bucks. So it would be nice if it just didn't break down… But that's life. ... show more

  • My first Bidet! Love it!
Size: Round
I enjoy this bidet very much. I had a little struggle with the supplied connecting tube, not matching with the outlet in my toilet. I had to run to a hardware store to get the one that fits. The remote control occasionally not responding well. But the second press will do it. This bidet supply continuous warm water. The airblow to dry the bottom is not as strong, but I don't care much about that. We do not have to worry about running toilet paper and no need to stock either. ... show more

  • Disappointed
Size: Elongated
Just never could get it to work right. Best feature: heated seat. Worst: tried two remotes; neither worked for long. Such a disappointment.

  • I purchased it from Groupon with a pretty good deal
Size: Elongated
I purchased it from Groupon with a pretty good deal, I was very excited about trying it but I was disappointed. The sensor made quite some noise that if I use it at night it's quite disturbing. Also, the water did not heat up quick so basically I have to tolerate the cold water for a while to get the hot water. I am not sure if it is just the particular product I received. I am not quite happy with it for what I am paying for. Hope the company will fix these problems with its future product. ... show more

  • Expensive Bidet that fails to deliver for the price
Size: Elongated
For a $600 bidet, it should work flawlessly. I am on my 3rd bidet, my last one the BioBidet 1000 that gave 5 years of good service. When it finally hit the crapper, I decided to upgrade to the DIB since the last one gave me much joy. Once you have a bidet then lose it, you never feel clean unless you bidet again, shower, or destroy your plumbing with flushable wipes. Pros It does clean you. Compared to the BioBidet 1000, the spray is softer, bubbly, and still cleans the most peanut buttery of textures in the same amount of time without power washing your skin off. Presets are nice. It also remembers your previous settings. The nightlight is very cool. The blue makes the toilet cleaner looking. The elongated seat felt nice, it fit my toilet. It is adjustable, so the people who complained that it was too far forward was their own fault for not reading the installation instructions. Installation was DIY and took 10 minutes. Be sure you have a socket/extension cord or hire an electrician. Cons Mine likely had something wrong with it, as it would only 50% of the time work. The 50% that didn't work it would chirp cutely at you and not extend the nozzle. I called BioBidet and they had no clue other than "unplug it and try again." which did nothing. They did not recognize the error chirp, which has soured me on getting another BioBidet if their support is lacking. Intermittent issues are the worst! The bidet also knew when you most needed it to work that it would die, but also when you curse it to return it, it starts to work. Some sort of sentience in this machine, but it did lose when I returned it. Nozzel range sucks. It nowhere near can spray lady parts so you have to lean forward or give up and wipe. The "wide clean" feature just moves the nozzel a bit back and forth... no where as much range as the 1000. The Pulse is also underwhelming. Very little difference between Back vs Vortex. If you love Vortex/enema, stick to the biobidet 1000. The spray on the DIB feels a little narrow, but it is pretty much the same result as the other back wash. Dryer does nothing. You still need to get the TP out. You'll use it a couple times and give up. Heater is SLOW. I was enticed by the inline heating, but it takes time to actually heat the water up (which it does as it flows through the device). You will get blasted with cold water which slowly goes warm. TLDR, besides mine being likely defective (and poor tech support), there are all sort of other issues with this bidet that are disappointing compared to cheaper models available. Fancy features like inline heating is just a gimmick and you can buy a toilet nightlight for cheap. ... show more
