I’ve had several brands of Bidets over the years. This is the least expensive but the best one yet. Water pressure in my small community has never been good and so the others I have owned have offered little more than a dampening of the under carriage . This unit has a much higher water flow making your efforts quicker and cleaner. I should actually warn you that at higher volumes it can be painful. It’s a little like sitting atop one of those steel cutting water jets. NOTE: As a matter of transparency, I must say that my working assumption is that this increase in pressure is due to the product in question and not some other factor. The pressure increased immediately upon installation, and since I also installed all the previous bidets I am fairly confident it was not a matter of just turning up the water supply valve. If you have never tried a bidet I highly recommend it. It’s convenient, quick, and does much better job than your standard TP. It is, perhaps, the one thing the French got right! ... show more

Easy installation with easy to follow directions. The water pressure is perfect and the system works great. The splash guard helps keep it clean and there’s no discomfort on the seat from install. I highly recommend. Very good price too.

Was hesitant get a bidet, as it seemed a bit "weird ", but after listening to my SIL rave about hers, and how she states it saves TP and how you are so much cleaner; we gave it a try. I bought this product as it was less than $25 on a black Friday deal. I LOVE it!! It is a bit of a surprise to be power washed clean, but so effective. Just need a small amount of TP to dry off, but it does a better job and does save TP. We even bought a second unit for our other toilet. About this brand, it has a knob and two sprayers to get just the area you want, and the knob turns to control water pressure. Word of wisdom, use the lowest pressure until u get used to it. It can be a bit uncomfortable at first. I bought my 80 yr old mother one to use, as I thought she'd like it. Well, she lost one of the pieces needed to install it, so she emailed the company for another piece. The sent all new pieces that came in a bag. Unfortunately, the piece she needed wasn't included. She again contacted them, and they sent a whole new Bidet! She is so thankful to them as she was prepared to pay for the piece, but got a whole new product. She is going to return the extra pieces they sent. Wonderful customer service (which is hard to find these days). After three purchases we are extremely happy with the products, and the company. Easy to install. Strong water pressure even on lowest level. Very clean feeling after use. Have to be careful though the handle turns easily from side to side. We ran to a screaming older child who had water spraying to other side of the room (again strong water pressure). She had accidently turned the nob after finishing using the rest room and panic ensued, she kept turning it back and forth not to the middle off spot. I laughed to the point of my face hurting but she learned the lesson of being more careful to not turn the handle and reminded how to turn it off. The handle looks very sleek but does make me wonder if I should have bought one with a turn dial on top to avoid this. I feel like its almost too easy to turn on. Glad I do not have little kids because it was extremely funny to me as an adult to see water spray like 4 feet into the air and hit my wall! ... show more

I purchased this bidet after my plumber couldn't install a more expensive Kohler bidet purchased from Home Depot. I have a Kohler toilet so I figured the bidet would match, but no. Then I purchased this BIGCOW bidet. I was impressed with the easy to follow insructions, and installed it myself, saving me $$ in plumber or handyman costs. You just need an Allen's wrench and screwdriver, that's it. I tested it and it works beautifully. Once setting for the rear/tush, and you can adjust the stream strength. A second setting for the more frontal parts. In South America and Europe everyone has bidets. I bought a bidet apparatus for my master bathroom, but was dreaming of adding one to my guest bathroom. I'm very glad that they are now being sold in the US. It is essential for good hygiene, and yes it saves on paper/trees. I like that it's not electric so there is no need for fancy electrical wiring, and this also guarantees it will work even in the case of a power outage. overall very happy and will recommend to friends and family. I have purchased 1 or more bidet attachments per year since about 2015. Due to moving, or getting them as gifts for friends/family. This is by far the best one I’ve used. Easy to install, I typically do it but due to some mobility issues I had to coach my boyfriend to do it. It was easy to explain and he did it correctly the first try having no prior experience. The two settings are great for different angles. My biggest concern was the water pressure. Some attachments I’ve used barely have any pressure at all. This one is perfect.
