I LOVE the bold navy color of these curtains. They're not super heavy and thick, but not too thin either. I gave 4 stars because they're definitely not blackout curtains. I didn't need them to be, but if you're gonna advertise something then it should be accurate. They do block most of the light which is nice. These were the only curtains I could find that were the size I need, because apparently no one ever needs anything besides like 2 other lengths. I'm glad that my only option turned out well. These curtains are ultra practical. I live in Oregon and we have cold winters and warm summers. These curtains provide some insulation to keep out winter cold and do a great job at blocking out summer sun that can heat up the house. They look nice too!

We installed a pair of the BGment Spa Blue 54" W X 63" L darkening curtains on the inside window casement of our 78" W x 60" L bedroom window using a Fayesioal (brand), 1" dia., white tension curtain rod (no drilling required, adjustable from 42" to 87"). The inside casement installation was necessary as we have a combination rotating panel and shear draw curtain mounted on the outside of the casement. As described these curtains are "darkening curtains" and not meant as 100% light blocking but they do block an estimated 70% of the light.
