The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this beautiful heat press! The slide out pressing table is so amazing so I can adjust what I’m pressing without the fear of getting burned by the heat plate. The press is very sturdy and it’s super easy to set your heat and timing settings. It automatically starts the timer when you close the lid, which is great because I tend to forget to hit start. The pressure adjuster knob works great and I didn’t have to tweak much right out of the box! I had an older heat press that came with no instructions, only had a countdown for 999 and then beeped unless you pressed the countdown again, and also swung to the side which caused the screws holding the press part up to strip and not work. The numbers also didn't light up all the way and the cord got super hot. Anyway, I replaced that junk with this one and it's miles above it. I love that you can slide the tray out to put your item on and then slide it in - no chance of getting burnt or the press part moving it. The countdown works great AND there's instructions. I have had other brands of presses and none compare to Bettersub. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on commercial presses or you are just starting out, this is what you want. I’ve used this brand for 4 years and know it’s reliable and built to work. I’ve had other brands that were supposed to be better that quit working in 3 months. I bought this machine expecting to use it occasionally, operating it only a few days each month for light printing tasks. Despite such minimal usage, the machine abruptly failed during operation. The steel component crucial for operating the press broke down completely. Due to this early failure under light conditions, I advise against this product. Those in need of a dependable machine should look elsewhere. Additionally, please note that the company has recharged me the amount they initially refunded, claiming they never received the returned item. Amazon's customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue, leading to me being charged again. ... show more

For starters, it’s fully assembled! Nicely packaged. Comes with FULL instructions (many machines do not) and very user friendly. Follow heat guide for this machine rather then the product instructions. So far, 10 prints later, and everything is printed amazing! I’m getting the colors I planned for as well. And I even tested the heat with the thermometer, I’m reading at 4degrees hotter on my heat thermometer gun. My husband said the possibility of the gun just being off itself rather then the machine is a thing. I have another machine I’m currently trying to return from another company and right out of the box it was reading 40 degrees difference. So the pressure on the machine… is perfect, also easy to adjust. The value for the money? It’s worth it! Paying 50 or 60 more then a lot of those sale priced machines, just made sense! The name is printed on the machine, BetterSub, it shows the company backs up there machines, I have owned now four machines, this one is the Only one which has the name, and has actual contact for help in there user manual as well. It is a sturdy machine, comes with two pads, user manual, suggested heat temps as well. And step by step to set the machine for F or C . Mine came with it already set for F. So I was happy. This was the first heat press I bought, so I did not really know what to expect; however, when I first got this product, I was very pleased. It is pretty straightforward to use, but it also provides you a manual on how to adjust the temperature and timer. I've been consistently using the heat press since I received it, but after a few months it stopped heating up. When that happened, I reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful. I purchased this for my small business. It worked beautifully for a few months then it stopped closing properly. I have to put the pressure as high as it will go for it to even close flat and there is no pressure at all! Cannot get enough pressure to properly make ANYTHING! Not even a year of use. Tried to contact company and it takes you to a website for a completely different company who seems great but cant help with someone elses products. HORRIBLE waste of money and costing me to lose out on business while having to purchase a new press! Unacceptable! ... show more
