Bought this for a sun room porch. We had to assemble. Wasn’t too bad. All parts were there, took about 30 minutes. Serves the purpose, comfortable enough. We add an extra pillow if sitting there for longer time. Also bought the storage ottomans set. Like them also. They were faster to assemble. I put a plastic tray on top to hold coffee cup/food. Good storage space inside - hide stuff from grandchildren, haha. * Negative: They shove the seat cushions between the bars & wicker & it left dents in the foam! Its been a week & the dents are still there. 🙄 So, only 4 stars. Could be used outside & brought back in also. 👍🏻 ... show more

Really happy with this couch..took awhile to put together but well made and nice quality...received 2 days early even.. I read reviews and immediately took out cushions from the box...( read they may be smooshed and not recover.). All was ok, other than back pillows are wimpy, But they have full zipper, so I will have to add more stuffing...as I need more support.. glad it came with 4 back clamps to connect ..others say they broke.. I used 2, and they did not.. overall- great purchase! ... show more

Love seat arrived with broken mesh strap and stretched. Once people sit on it , will become larger hole. Seller has offered very small credit but said will send brand new unit. What can I do with all the extra. They are willing to replace complete item at several hundred dollars when I was very willing to get $75 credit which they won’t do. This matches my table and chairs. Overall couch is easy to assemble. Allen wrench and hex wrench included. Easily repeat same steps for both sides. My two issues were with the feet. They came wrapped in blue tape and when removed you can see it's worn. Makes me question how this will hold up outdoors. Secondly they give you two clips to hold the left and right side together. These are brittle plastic clips, one of which snapped when putting on. Cheap plastic clips. One got on so it did its job but would've loved to have two. ... show more

The couch itself was easy to assemble and sturdy. However, all 4 clips to hold the 2 couch pieces together have broken (purchased 2 couches) and the company does not offer replacements. I now use zip ties. The navy fabric was very sun-faded after just 1 month, and now (2nd season) is nearly white. Outdoor pillows I purchased separately from a different company have not faded at all ... show more
