Would love to own and use a Bernina , can’t justify the purchase price based for my occasional use. Found the Brenette has many common features and software that are Bernina. This machine is a dream to operate and sews pretty much on its own. Love the foot pedal programming. Coming from old school singers and mechanical Janome HD 3000 this machine is like getting out of a model A ford and getting into a Tesla. The ability to embroider makes the an amazing package. Embroidery software for computer is also Brenina and works pretty well. As a side note this machine has helped a non sewing family member learn to sew very quickly.
