First of all, check your size opening, and then find an insert. I was able to find an insert that worked for an actual fireplace opening, but the height of the opening was too high; with this trim kit, I was able to use the insert in the fireplace opening, cut drafts, and use a restored antique fireplace mantle because of this trim kit.
