The media could not be loaded. Honestly, my only gripe is that the crackling isn’t super believable. But, it’s not a deal breaker. I love the size. I love the doors and the curtain. At a glance it just looks like any other fireplace. Haven’t installed yet, so I’ll update the review after. It did come with a small dent in the frame, I’m thinking it won’t affect the installation and it doesn’t seem to have damaged any of the functionality of the piece. The handles on the glass doors aren’t my favorite, but they do screw off so they can be replaced. Love that there’s a button panel for the inevitable remote control loss. So far, I’m really glade this is the one we bought! ... show more
