Product was easy to assemble and all instructions followed. After turning it over and sitting on the bench the first time, the weld that holds small piece of metal were you crew the knob into the adjustment holes broke and seat collapsed. Lucky I was not hurt. Do not buy this poorly constructed bench. Was outside the 30 day return window so stuck with a useless item. ... show more

    • Missing Piece
The product is what I expected. It is a mid priced weight bench. I was not expecting a heavy duty weight bench like you might find at a professional gym. I was also hoping that it was not cheaply built. The reason that I gave it four stars is that it arrived without the leg attachment which allows you to do sit-ups. For the extra hassle I had to go through to process a return, I deducted a star. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. The bench meets my in home needs when I can't workout at my professional gym. A couple of notes on the operation of the bench. I like that it folds up, but it takes a few times folding it before it becomes easy. Also the two adjustment knobs MUST be screwed in, once the desired angles are set. If this is not done the pins will slip out of the holes and the bench will drop. This is indicated on each knob. My fault for not doing it. The return process was a hassle because it took an hour of my time, but Amazon made the process easy. I have only used the bench a few times in the week I have had it. If it starts to break down with future use I will update my rating. ... show more

Let me begin by stating that the padding on the bench is excellent. Unfortunately, that is all of the positive points concerning it. I purchased the bench in January of this year and it broke this morning. I was doing bench presses and thankfully, I was only warming up because the welding supporting the upper portion of the bench snapped and dropped into the decline position. I would not suggest that anyone purchase this bench because you can be seriously injured due to its instability and poor workmanship. ... show more
