Before the cushion support my cushions would sink A LOT. Once I rolled out the cushion support it’s extremely sturdy! My cushions are more soft, firm, and I can actually tell the quality of the memory foam on my investment of having this couch. I’ve tried being more rough with getting on and getting off the couch and these cushions don’t slip anymore! The size is perfect when I measured using a tape measure! The lifetime guarantee gives me peace of mind that the customer support will be great! This product definitely served its purpose maybe even a little too well. My couch was no longer sagging and had my sofa cushions sitting up very high. But personally, it was a little too hard for me, but for someone else it may be perfect, but I would recommend to purchase.

Our couch had the dip in the middle and it’s only a couple years old. They truly don’t make furniture the way they used to. The media could not be loaded. We have an older couch so the couch frame springs are not as strong and cushions aren't as firm anymore so it was very uncomfortable to sit on. We sunk down in and felt there was not much support. In a last ditch effort we decided to give these cushion supports a try before we got rid of the couch.They are well made and sturdy, have no smell to them and they actually work! You wouldn't know the support is there and there is no bulging under the cushions (see photos). I would suggest, if your couch length is in between sizes of this product go with the smaller size so you won't have to fold the support which might created some bulging. The size I got fit perfectly but you definitely want to measure to make sure you get the correct length. I went with a 19.7' depth even though our couch's depth was a little longer so I cannot speak to what the cushions might look like if I went with the 23' deep size. We now have more support for our couch! While this didn't fix the cushion firmness, it definitely helped give more overall support to the couch. I am very happy with this purchase! ... show more
