    We bought this universal remote to replace a remote our guests broke. However, when this remote is plugged in, the massager just stays on vibrate mode and won’t turn off or change to any of the settings on the remote. So our guests have to keep the remote unplugged and when they plug it in, it doesn’t work properly at all.     My chair is functional now. It was plug and play and now I have the same features as the original remote. I hope this is still available when I need to replace the other one. Would purchase again.

      • Easy fix for a broken remote or a remote with defective wires
    It's great to be able to just swap this remote when the wires on my remote split. It works well and took 3 minutes to unplug the broken remote and plug in this new one. The only thing I would change would be to separate the heat from the massage. At this time, the heat only comes on with the power switch (obviously) but the massage comes on at the same time.       • Doesn't work
    First thing i noticed is that its more light weight than the original. When plugging in it automatically started the Vibration. However no buttons work not even the power button to shut it off, and when pushing the buttons they all light up. It's crap.
