So easy to put out… pull off cushions and unfold this, replace cushions. It definitely works. There is no sag to the couch anymore. I was getting hip pain from the couch. I moved the cushions around and re-stuffed them numerous times. All these attempts to fix it were temporary. This is very sturdy and strong. I’m not sure if it’s too stiff. Maybe I’m just really used to my squishy couch. I’m going to try it for awhile and see if it helps my hip pain. Update: this is definitely working out well at getting rid of the sag in our couch cushions. the only down side i see now is one cushion is always sliding off the couch. Purchased Bassett Club nailhead sofa, 2 club chairs & ottoman w custom fabrics 2001 (and actually have a newer 5 yr old Basset camelback sofa now with a single wide cushion.) Thought 2001 cushions needed replacing - but w/this 3 minute installation under cushions (following placement directions), sofa sits almost like new-and no comparison to w/o slat-supports product. A tiny price for amazing results. Max 5 minute installation. Cushions off, open/unfold & place 'fabric-covered folding wood slats support product as directed. Cushions on. DONE! Fantastic purchase. Comes well packaged and in good shape. Mine had a patch of discoloration on it that I'm not sure if it's a weak spot in the covering, but it's in a place that it shouldn't matter. Setting it in place isn't difficult, and simply: it works. One drawback is there's nothing to hold it in place. It just sits on top of the couch framework and in my case that gives it a lip of about half an inch on the front and the back, and it's already slid forward falling off of the rear ledge a couple of times just from normal couch use. Not that big of a deal. Being that it's wood inside, sitting on it is fairly uncomfortable. The couch cushions weren't necessarily made with the intent of resting on such a rigid surface, so it's not all that comfortable. ... show more
