Though the length of this item is just short of the width of my sofa, it does work just fine. The springs in my sofa had definitely seen better days and, as a result, sitting on the cushions resulted in much sagging. Once I put the Cushion Support on top of the springs (under the cushions), no more sagging! This will suffice until I purchase a new sofa. A good deal at $30 compared to buying a new sofa for $850! ... show more

I have a hand me down sectional that was well loved before it came to me. The middle of the couches were sagging and I was getting frustrated that there was only one comfy spot. Else you’d start to lean into the center of the divot. At my wits end, I looked up ways to fix this issue and I discovered these! They’re so easy to use and I love that the wood boards are covered so you don’t need to worry about splinters. It’s just the perfect width to fit under the cushions but not stick out. Now my couch feels like it’s new! The extra support has been great and they’re very strong. Probably not recommended but I did walk on the couch and the boards didn’t snap so rest assured your booty will be safe! ... show more

Our old convertible sofa was like sitting in a trough. It was hard to get in and out of. This worked perfectly! The sturdy wooden sections gave the couch the support it needed. You can fold in the ends to adjust the length if your couch is shorter than the support. I placed it a couple of inches in from the front of the couch. I am very happy with this product. I've tried other support devices and they all eventually sage! These are sturdy, well made, and work great. They are made of thicker hard wood and I like the grip covering to keep them from sliding around. Nice product.
