I put these curtains in the bedroom, covering a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. I work late and sleep well past when the sun comes up, so these curtains are perfect for blocking out the sun and keeping my room nice and dark so I can sleep. They were easy to install. They’re a bit heavy due to the nature of them being blackout curtains and having a little more material on them than curtains that are more sheer, but the curtain rod seems to be handling them just fine, and there is no strain on the rod to keep them up. These curtains are great. They keep the sun out and look great against a tan wall color. It is 2 panels and are 45 inches long, so they are perfect for most bedroom windows. They are also not too lightweight or too heavy.

These curtains are very heavy but they get the job done well. The color looks a little lighter than the picture but otherwise it is exactly as described. If we need any new blackout curtains in the future we will definitely buy these again.

I like these curtains because they block out the sunlight. The curtains weight a lot more than your average curtains, so keep that in mind when look for a rod to hang them. The backside of the curtains are a different color, kind of grey and not very appealing material, but depending on where you are hanging them, it may not really show from the outside. The look of the curtain itself is very nice and if you need blackout curtains, these will do the job. ... show more
