Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices. Original, retracting, but keeping for other's knowledge: I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don't know. I've tried pressing the "power" (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port. The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far.... Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster. I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong - then, if that works for me, I'll revisit this review. ... show more

This is a great portable charger. it is pretty slim and lasts a while. It seems pretty sturdy as well since I have dropped it quite a few times and I haven't seen any decrease in performance.

My wife even remembers to keep hers charged and in her purse when she leaves the house, something she rarely accomplished with the basic-black one I bought her a while back. These are rose-pink! I almost returned this because I plugged it into my phone charger, to charge it, and it stayed at one light for hours (out of 4 which would light up when it's fully charged.) I took the chance of trying a different charger. It seems to charge up just fine when you use an older style slow charger. It did not take a charge when using a Samsung fast charger. Also if you are considering buying this one, please closely read the specs. If you need higher electrical capacity, you might have to buy a different brand or model. ... show more

Really loved the color and slim profile of the power bank, but the USB-C port stopped working within a couple weeks, and I couldn't charge the power bank anymore. Maybe I had a faulty unit but I decided to return it and buy a different brand.
