The media could not be loaded. UPDATE! After expressing my concerns to their customer service department, they replaced.my faulty paper. I have yet to try the new one, but I usually buy my paper from here and they are VERY GOOD! I believe they will be just as good as they have always been, just got a bad batch last time. Excellent customer service and O am very happy with my solution. Thank youuuuu!!! This paper is usually good to me, however, after one successful print, I realized this is a bad batch. I always use this paper without much problem, today I opened a new box and the paper has two dots that destroy every print. I have wasted LOTS of ink this round and I am not happy as its past the refund date. Paper and ink cost toooo much to waste and this was a total waste. ... show more

I’ve been using Cendale sheets for a while now. So I decided to try the roll. I’ve been getting streaks in every single print. I’ve never had any issues with the sheets. I switched back, and the problem stopped. I won’t be buying these again.

I just bought a Procolored DTF printer and was not really impressed with their brand of film paper. I somehow would get humidity spots on in the transfer when I pressed my shirts, no matter how much my humidity % level would be in my office. After reading the reviews with this brand, I decided to try it and I love it! I haven't had any humidity spots in my transfers and they seem to press and carry the ink and powder well.
