I looked at hundreds of reviews and decided to give this one a go. I laid it out on a guest bed for several days, never did notice any strong smell coming from it. That’s the first positive. After several days I put it on my 15 inch high mattress, who would have thought that 3 inches makes that big of a difference, it sure does! Fortunately my fitted sheets are deep enough to cover both mattress and topper! First night, I slept extremely well! That was the best second positive! Luckily she has no sense of smell so she didn’t notice it and I even thought maybe the smell had gone finally after three weeks but when she flew back home and I went to take the sheets off it still smelled - guess the sheets were masking the smell.
