I searched for a long time for good bowls and finally settled on these ones. I wanted ones large enough for soups like Pho and Ramen (or even stews or pastas etc) and I ended up buying two sets of these so I couple have four bowls total. Love these bowls., we needed something larger than your typical pasta bowls and these work great. So far they have held up in microwave and dishwasher., they do get hot from microwave so a pot holder is needed afterwards. But all in all, Love them.
