The Self Absorbed™ system is a hair treatment specially designed for those with hair stressed by heat, bleaching and coloring. How to use: Lather up and massage hair shampoo into wet hair and rinse. Follow with applying a generous amount of conditioner from mid-lengths to ends and rinse. For extra smoothness and shine, follow up with After Party™. My hair is straight and I often curl it but when I started using this shampoo and conditioner my hair would not hold a curl at all. It does smell good. Like citrus.

At first, I wasn't a huge fan of the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. It has a definite blood orange type smell mixed with some vitamins but... I actually ended up loving it in the end. Easy to brush through and smooth and silky after it dried. No frizz! During the winter months, my hair is literally on the fritz but this stuff has helped pull it through. Definitely recommend for dry damaged hair. My hair is down to my behind and I will say, you don't need a lot to lather which I actually love! The conditioner is on point, leaving my hair tangle free and in the next coming weeks we will see what the end results are. A new must have. Will definitely buy again.
