This canopy has worked out very well for my son. He really enjoys having it over the head of his bed. It covers the pillow area. So when he's laying down, the canopy ends just below his collarbone, which is perfect. My son says he feels safe, and like he's in a cave. This is excellent for sensory children. Installing it took me about 8 minutes. I had to drill two holes in the ceiling, insert the included anchors, and then screw the hook into the anchors. That's it. I didn't need to measure distances from one spot to another. I simply held the canopy up in the corner above his bed, and marked the holes with a pencil where the canopy could hang without touching either of the corner walls. No tape measures, or major power tools. I did use a drill to make the holes in the ceiling for the anchors. I don't know if there's another way to do that part. I just always reach for my drill, because it's what works easiest for me. The canopy material is not heavy. It doesn't weigh down the hook, and moves freely when adjusting it to your child's preferred coverage. This is truly an amazing product. ... show more

Who knew I needed a canopy this bad? I love it way more than I thought I would. It blocks out a surprise amount of light for being on the thinner side. But it’s not THIN. It retains heat pretty well, but even as a hot sleeper, it was still comfy while sleeping. The pets love it. All of them found a way to get inside. I attached a hook to my wall next to the bed so I can pull it back during the day when I’m not using it. I have a queen bed and it covers a urprising amount of the bed. It would probably have more coverage but my ceiling fan placement is right over my bed so I had to get crafty with the placement. Great purchase, would do again. ... show more

This is an adorable canopy! I love it. It totally blocks out a ton of light. I attached it with hooks. and also put on on the wall with a rope on it so that it can be pulled back. I got this because I work graveyards, and wanted to see if it blocked out more light and sound. I have a queen bed and was surprised that it covered most of the bed. This is a great idea! Price: $35.99 This canopy is well made and of good quality of fabric. The material is lightweight but dense enough that it can feel like black out curtains. I did not install this with the installation kit but with an eye hook. This is fun for a bed or special play area.

Oh my goodness, this canopy is absolutely massive! I've been eyeing these for ages but always thought they looked a bit small. But this thing practically touches the floor when hung up. As a self-proclaimed professional napper, I need all the light blocking I can get, and this canopy delivers. The material is lightweight yet sturdy and although slightly see through, its still thick enough to offer privacy. And the fact that it comes with adhesive hooks for hanging is super convenient. I wasn't sure about the thin fabric at first, but it actually helps keep this huge canopy feeling airy and not too heavy. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how large this was actually sized is. This is a toddler size bed that is fit over however, it could’ve easily went over a full size bed with lots of extra fabric that’s draping over the sides of it. The fabric is not super thick, but it’s not thin either so it’s nice in between material just slightly see-through if there’s some light shining in, the fabric is soft, but not too soft but more on a soft side then rough side . it comes with multiple ways to mount, can tie it up to something because it has the string that can be tied, it has an adhesive hook included, or you can mount it the traditional way with your screws. overall great product. I’m very impressed. I only wish that maybe had some lights that came with it a little bit. Also, I didn’t realize taking these pictures. Probably a nice steam before hanging as it is a bit wrinkled. ... show more
