The media could not be loaded. My coworker had one at work and I tried to use it and almost killed myself. This one is perfect for beginners and advanced users because it has removable stoppers on the bottom that helps someone new to balancing themselves on one of these. Just adjust the stoppers or completely remove them to create more of a challenge for advanced users as you get more control of the board. It’s also great for pushup. Been doing 100-150 pushups every weekday and I see my chest changing shape over time. It’s a lot of fun. I have been trying to spend an hour a day on it while I watch TV. Love it! ... show more

All came as described. The roller is a little small in diameter but if is fine. Just a dfferent feel than a thicker one - and may be better if more sensitive to shifts. Hopefully it will last - seems good so far but looks like the roller is just a peel-off stickon - still may hold up fine tho.
