The harness/leash appear solid, but I've only used it twice. My cat has a dense coat and is overweight, so adjusting it to fit her was the most important thing and it works very well. It could go quite a bit larger or smaller, depending on the cat.

I bought this for my ginger boy in a size medium—I think he weighs over 15 lbs now and has a pretty thick neck, but this harness is very adjustable to easily size it to fit him. If you have a tiny kitty, I would recommend sizing down! I often give him a few treats while I get it snapped on, but he's very good about it and it feels like minimal coverage, so he doesn't fight it like some broader-coverage harnesses I looked at. He was used to wearing a collar with his former owner, so he might have been more receptive of this than some cats that never wear collars. It has allowed me to take him to the park and have a little walk around the edges where he feels safer. Nice long leash that feels very secure. And it's super cute!! I bought him the beige one and it's so lovely with his ginger orange coat. The harness is very sturdy and seems about perfect—I highly recommend it! ... show more

These say they are for cats, but probably meant for dogs. The harnesses are thick/wide and not dainty like the ones for cats. Our cats are fine with these, seem comfortable! The, clips are secure and material is very durable. They adjust easily and I like the bungee style leash. Overall very happy with these. ... show more

My kitten benson is only 4 lbs and this harness fit him so well!! It’s the smallest adjustment so he can grow into it and he looks so unbelievably cute in the little space print! We got it so we could fly with him and he could be a little easier to hold on to during travel! He has never gotten out of it (or ever tried) and it worked great as a handle when walking outside. Going to and from the car is super easy bc you can just look your finger through the straps and he won’t be able to jump out of your arms! 10/10 Benson approved! ... show more

FINALLY a harness my cat get out of. Rescued a cat whose prior owner passed away. I don't want her wandering off trying to go to her old home, we are in the same neighborhood. This cat is quick and always bolts out the door. She uses to be an indoor/outdoor cat. I also have to small dogs that do out on a dog run. The cat sits by the door with the dogs as I put their harnesses on and wants to go with them. I bought several harnesses and she got out of every one of them. Not this one. She can't escape. She finally gave up trying. She goes outside with the dogs everyday. She let's me put this harness on her so I going to say it must be comfortable. Well built, durable, easy on and off. Now for the bad: The piece that connects the neck part to the chest part isn't long enough and isn't adjustable. As you can see from photo, the chest part sits in my cats armpits. She doesn't like that(would you?) And she resists walking, though she wants to. I end up unbuckling the chest piece so she'll walk easier. It seems a lot of harnesses have the same complaint, so rather than returning I'm going to have to sew in an extension piece on it to make it longer. Then it will actually go around my cats chest as intended. So, be prepared for this. It has nothing to do with getting the right size. It's a design flaw in all cat harnesses. They don't make this part adjustable. ... show more
