I purchased this after trying several other popular types that failed to hold up, especially under some of the windy conditions we get here in SWFL. This has by far exceeded our expectations. We are going into our 2nd summer with this and have had lots of trips. It’s super easy to set up that just one person is all you need. Basically pops up just like a regular beach umbrella. The pockets you fill with sand provide extra stability, along with the little vent at the top. It’s so light, my 11 year old granddaughter carries it! Easy packs away when done using as well. The canopy is great! Very easy to set up and take down. I think what sets it apart from other more expensive canopies is the sun shade. As you can see from the picture the shade provides additional shade. We are able to move the shade with the sand in the pockets as the sun moves. It held up fantastic in the wind. Update: I bought this July 2020 - at the end of year 3 it completely fell apart. It’s unusable and I have to buy a new one. I bought this product two years ago and still love it. We use it on the beach several times a week in the summer. It’s easy to put up and take down with just one person. Not too heavy and the carry strap is convenient. It holds up well in the wind. I’m slightly disappointed that after two years things are starting to break on it. The stitching around the zipper on the carrying bag has come apart. Some of the poles have come apart. However, this cabana has gotten A LOT of use. I would still buy it again. ... show more

This beach cabana canopy is super fast to set up and easy to take down very good for blocking the sun, especially with the backdrop and is good for a couple. If you have a family of four you might be cramped and tight but definitely recommend for two people.

One of the wheels of the beach cart arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately, and they said they would get back to us within 48 hours. They never did, but it was still usable so I did not make an issue of it as we already had a vacation coming up where we needed it. Fast forward to only the second time we’re using it, and the chair arm snapped clear off. We are now outside the return window for Amazon. It would be great if they would step up behind their products, but so far that hasn’t happened. ... show more

Had looked into getting a "Cool Cabana" but they are MAJORLY expensive. I came across this similar product and figured it couldn't hurt. Seemed to have similar features, so we took a risk. This thing stays up!!!! A pro tip would be to dig down into the sand a little before twisting the center pole in, and then burry the corner bags once you have them filled with sand. Just provides an extra level of security that it will stay. We had a beach day with 10-15 MPH winds and gusts up to 25, and this thing stayed put. It would sway in the wind a little, but never came out, never blew away. The popped top ensures wind blows through it, unlike traditional umbrellas. The side curtain is also super easy to install and gives extra shade. when you need it. 100% recommend. 6x6 is also great for 2 people in chairs and kiddos on blankets. ... show more
