Had looked into getting a "Cool Cabana" but they are MAJORLY expensive. I came across this similar product and figured it couldn't hurt. Seemed to have similar features, so we took a risk. This thing stays up!!!! A pro tip would be to dig down into the sand a little before twisting the center pole in, and then burry the corner bags once you have them filled with sand. Just provides an extra level of security that it will stay. We had a beach day with 10-15 MPH winds and gusts up to 25, and this thing stayed put. It would sway in the wind a little, but never came out, never blew away. The popped top ensures wind blows through it, unlike traditional umbrellas. The side curtain is also super easy to install and gives extra shade. when you need it. 100% recommend. 6x6 is also great for 2 people in chairs and kiddos on blankets. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy easy set up, amazing in very windy conditions, and beach only allows 2 points of contact, which you can do with this, great product. Set it up by myself easily, even as older woman.

Easy up and easy down. Great beach canopy that’s easy to tote around. Looks good and holds up well in stiff breezy beach days. The extra attachable side shade is nice to use if blocking wind or sun coming from one direction

Update: I bought this July 2020 - at the end of year 3 it completely fell apart. It’s unusable and I have to buy a new one. I bought this product two years ago and still love it. We use it on the beach several times a week in the summer. It’s easy to put up and take down with just one person. Not too heavy and the carry strap is convenient. It holds up well in the wind. I’m slightly disappointed that after two years things are starting to break on it. The stitching around the zipper on the carrying bag has come apart. Some of the poles have come apart. However, this cabana has gotten A LOT of use. I would still buy it again. ... show more

The umbrella is extremely sturdy, stay up and doesn’t move with beach winds. Usually use only with 2 straps and the panel which I fill only 4 pockets with sand. Use in Nassau, Bahamas where we have fast climate change and imo, pass all the tests for a GREAT beach umbrella / canopy. With the moving / flat panel add an outstanding addition shade. Kudos to the company! I would pay a little extra to get an additional panel which would be worth it. ... show more

I read reviews and finally decided to try this out for our beach trip this week! My friend had one from a specific website but I just didn’t want to pay $200-300 for a beach cabana! I think I paid $89 for this, something like that, and it has been worth every penny!!! Set up is so easy I can do it by myself, 5ft2 140lb girlie! It has pockets to hold our phones, sunscreen, whatever, and the side is easy to snap on and off and change as the sun moves in the sky! Gives us maximum coverage! It’s tall enough I can stand up in it and my boyfriend who is 6ft2 doesn’t have to bend over much, in the middle he can stand up! My friend even likes it more than her expensive one! It all goes back in the carrying case easily and ready for another beach day! Buy this product!!! ... show more

    • Defective, used for for first today. 09/25/2024.
At first l thought this is good until a wind came along, the top part collapsed. I followed instructions to a tee. I realized I have had this for a long time, is there any chance I could get a replacement or a refund?
