I sprang the few extra hundred dollars when choosing this couch over similar options expecting the quality to be a little better. It’s still a $700 couch, so perhaps I should get have expected much. I was able to put it together myself in about an hour and a half. The pieces feel rather flimsy with just a few points of connection. It looks nice in my music room. Color is great and rich, great value for the money, and is pretty comfortable. The only problem I had with it is the cushions because they expand very slowly and awkwardly, so I had to force them to expand as much as possible manually. It’s pretty sturdy. Was very easy to put together. You are going to need another person as this is a two person job. There are a few pieces that you don’t even need screws as they are slide locking parts. Only reason why I’m giving it four stars is because of the cushions. You can see in the second picture that the cushion upholstery is still wrinkled and has not flatt yet after almost a week of being assembled. ... show more
