We got this for my kids and have been very pleased With it. It was easy to put together, is sturdy and I love hot tight the netting is keepin the kids safe. While assembling my husband and I broke two pieces that hook the net to the side poles. It was totally our fault (don’t force it like we did) and when I asked how to get replacements parts they promptly sent them two small pieces free of charge. Instructions were very easy to follow and the assembly only took my wife and I about an hour and a half total. Plus we didn’t even have to get the tool box out. Everything snaps right together. Great design!

    • Replaced my broken trampoline for free!

This trampoline/company deserves a review. We bought a 10 ft trampoline in December of 2021. By the summer of 2023 this well loved trampoline was broken. The jumping mat ripped away from the frame and so there was a big hole in it. The net enclosure also had a big hole but it was still technically useable until the bottom broke. I went online to see if I could buy replacement parts and found that the company will mail you any replacement parts for free for the first 24 months! And after sending them the info about ours, they just replaced the whole thing and we had a new one in just a few days! Amazing! The fun continues! It’s also worth saying that the design of this trampoline is much better than many other trampolines we’ve seen and tried. The one we owned before this brand had so much duct tape holding it together at the end! ... show more

So I put one of these 10ftrs up today, but beginning first. It was fast. maybe a single week to arrive and because it was big my UPS driver dropped it off in the morning instead of evening, that had nothing to do with BCAN but I'm happy nonetheless.. So for the most part the pieces had no problems fitting together. I had one single opening that had crimped slightly and I had to pry on it a bit to fit over the male end but no biggie and it's possible that it happened from my tossing it to the ground. Most of the frame pieces use spring buttons to keep them together, I have no issue with that but I wish the loop (top frame bars) had something to hold them together before you start attaching the springs. If I ever have to disassemble and move it I'll be drilling through each of the joint pieces and frame pieces to run a bolt through the ends... should be fine right? lol That's the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars. I personally gave it a couple bounces, 220lbs, to make sure it was fairly stable and couldn't feel anything bad... somehow I had convinced myself this trampoline came with a basketball hoop but that's not their fault at all, more so Amazon's and myself for mixing things up... Will update if it doesn't last long enough or something fails. ... show more

I bought this trampoline for my niece and she loves it so much. I feel safe with the net that’s provided with it and I love that it comes with a ladder! The customer service team was fantastic to work with and they even sent me an electronic version of their instruction manual! They provide everything you need and it comes in one box unlike other stores that sell them in two or more boxes. Very easy to assemble as well! ... show more

Bought for my kids and grandkids to use instead of more screen time… it’s well worth the investment… only issue was it was shipped UPS and that was a long wait and poor service communication
