We got a Hawaii review is bad I was worrying but Hawaii pet shop is expensive 20 cricket is 6$. I need lots crickets and cheap one. I ordered only couple days then I got 🤙 I think little small but still live. My Jackson chameleon is happy I will order again 🥳 Thank you so much

    • Cricket orders Not consistent
The first time I ordered crickets from this company, most of them were alive and they were all the size I ordered. This time they were only may be 10% of the crickets for the size I ordered and the rest were tiny, under a quarter inch! Well, most of those babies didn’t make it 5 days after delivery. The last order kept us stocked for two weeks, while this time around, I have to order again within a week because they’re all dead. I think I’ll be shopping for a new seller, this seems to be the trend on the reviews. When you order 250 medium, you expect them to be medium 1/2” in description and not tiny! ... show more

I purchased this as a cheap alternative than going to the pet store to feed my zoo of reptiles. The picture in the listing shows a ventilated box, we received a box that was literally taped the whole way around leaving all 500 of my crickets dead. Attempted to request a refund or replacement and was told I don’t qualify for one. Worst experience ever ... show more

I tend to have best results from this shop . Came mostly live with no issues . They seem to be staying well alive unlike some I brought elsewhere that all died within a week . These crickets feed and breed well

    • Crickets arrived dead.
My crickets arrive mostly dead, I salvaged maybe a fourth of the amount I purchased. However, there seemed to be a massive amount of crickets in the box to begin with, much more than the number I ordered which was 250. Had the crickets survived being shipped, I would have been extremely satisfied.
