This commuter bag from Europe is a great item for the price. The construction is sturdy, the design is very sensible and straightforward. The bag placement and removal is accomplished with simple hanging hooks that press on and make a snug grip. Since there are only 2 attachment points, the bag can pivot about the rack axis a bit on bumpy roads, but mostly this is not a problem. The right hand side feature was what I needed specifically (having only a left side pannier) and that is nice too with roomy heel clearance. Great carry handle is sturdy enough to support weight. Only drawbacks I see are if you need a large capacity. This bag is a tad small for extensive grocery shopping for example. Wide enough to fit 2 1/2-gallon cartons (have not attempted gallons, but it would probably be a squeeze). This bag is stiffly shaped and has minimal ability for being overstuffed, though the closure-clips can be lengthened if the hinged lid does not fully close.
