Great hub! I always use my Macbook with monitor at home, it's very convenient for me, but when I took new monitor, it turned out that my old hub works maximum with 30Hz at 4K resolution. Having started looking for a new hub, and I decided to take Baseus because I had already used some products from this brand. I needed to add some ports to my new laptop. I tried another brand hub but it wouldn't work with Windows 11 on my new Lenovo computer. Tried this one and its perfect. Looks good, works good and has some nice features. I like how the cord plugs into the unit when its off the computer, just a nice little touch. I bought this to connect my steamdeck to my bigscreen tv and it works unbelievably well!! The HDMI does output 4k@60hz and lets me plug the charger in so the deck doesnt lose power while playing. Then Paired an xbox one controller to it with a usb dongle for the mouse and keyboard and everything just works flawlessly! Originally purchased to use with a Pico projector and my Samsung note for a portable dex station but this thing is also great for a steam deck dock ( if you need a headphone jack or ethernet port there's a model for that too ) I was more than satisfied by the versatility and speed of this dock with multiple devices I like the power indicator light when it's plugged up and how the cord has storage that works like a little handle for travel that protects the usb-c port. ... show more

    • Issues with HDMI port
Worked GREAT for 5 months and then HDMI Port stopped working for no reason. Changed cables, rebooted and problem persists. I'm not the first to have a problem with the HDMI port - read other reviews that had same problem. I should expect more than 5 months out of a product. Very frustrated Update: The manufacturer, Baseus, provided EXCELLENT customer service. They reached out to me right away and replaced the defective device in 2 days. Leaving the rating at a 3 for now and if the replacement doesn't fail, will update it later. I really like the device and its design ... show more
