cheap price, but decent as starter ham radio. you can listen without a license, but get your license if you want to transmit. two longer antennas are inside the box under the packaging, but don't seem to be much better than standard rubber ducky. functioning as expected. chargers work too. thanks.

Great product easy to use takes some time but well worth the investment. Have sets for family and friends around the country. Great piece of mind if cell service goes down. Recommend the longer whip antenna.

Although it has all the features you need for repeaters, I already have a handheld for that. I use this radio for simplex (146.52) while I’m on the road. It works well going cross country.
