I took a chance on this. The pump works great and all the accessories are perfect. I’m sure I’ll change stuff out but this is great starter kit to be able to clean up from the bed of my truck after hunts. I found an 8 amp ac/dc converter with a wall plug to use instead of the cigarette lighter plug.

Wasn't sure if it could handle 18v so I got a ryobi 12v step down. Would be better if the water intake was quick disconnect too. Can use any other sprayer, the one it comes with is cheap. I use for cleaning my split A/C, water not too powerful so it doesn't make a big splash, but strong enough to blast dirt. I mounted it on a 3 gallon bucket lid making it portable. Also use to wash vehicle, or anything around the house. After reading some of these reviews...You must place pump lower than water supply or raise water supply higher to prime the pump. You dont have to use the supplied sprayer, any other garden sprayer can work. The fittings are quick connect, it twist locks in place. There should be a spare o-ring in the box. Do not cross thread the fittings. If hoses splits, cut off the section and redo the connection. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The first time i ordered this few months ago the sprayer nozzle was broken out of the box. I submitted a replacement and every worked until I used it firnthr first time while camping. The handle leaked and cracked. This water pump kit comes unusable as is. Everything is made quick and dirty. No Quality Control at all. The hoses are just assembled together, from what seems like machines doing the work. Obviously the water hose has cut. Upon first inspection. The hose is already cut from the assembly. It will leak as it. See pictures. I cut it off and heated the ends and reassembled it properly. Put everything together and powered it up and it leaked from the gun. It leaked from the pump. With a little tightening and adjustment. It's functioning now. It's pretty useful. Not the most powerful, but good to spray sands from your feet from the beach. The spray gun is still leaking though. There is no way to fix it. Eventually, I'll replace the gun with something better. All in all. For the price. It's okay. ... show more

Just add your favorite 12 volt battery or power supply and a bucket of water! The provided power cord has a cigarette lighter plug on the end so it's a plug and play affair. We use a 12 volt, 15Ah battery with a cigarette lighter accessory socket as our power supply. Instead of washing cars, we defrost the evaporator coils on commercial freezers with our kit. Every hose & fitting you need is included - even a strainer for the suction tube. The hand sprayer is adjustable from a mist to a straight stream, just like the ones you'd use on your garden hose. The pump will prime itself fairly quickly if you just continue to hold the spray valve open until water is circulated and exits the spray nozzle. The pump has an automatic pressure switch that will shut off the pump motor if you're not spraying water. It's a very simple & reliable setup. We've used ours several times for quite a few hours and never had any difficulties with the pump, hoses or sprayer nozzle. It has been a real time-saver for us as compared to dragging water hoses around inside of a business to de-ice a freezer. For the price point, I couldn't source all these components separately...this kit is a really good deal! Two thumbs up, we love it! ... show more

I'm not gonna lie, I didn't have high expectations for the semi-cheap product. I purchased after a trip to the Utah Salt Flats wherein I wanted to hose my truck down of the salt as soon as possible. I 'assembled' the pump/sprayer in about 3 minutes and it worked great! It automatically does not pump while there's no forward pressure, so you can't burn the pump. Simply squeeze the sprayer, and the pump kicks in just fine. The PSI is as expected with a pump this small. It's no power washer, but it will certainly spray debris off your vehicle, boots, or gear, and could loosely be used as a shower if needed. I'm impressed and am excited to use it more in the field. It's nice that they have quick attach/release for the pump to the orange hose and for the orange hose to the sprayer. 2 notes: I had to tighten the insert nozzle from the orange hose into the sprayer. Water was coming out of the sprayer handle. I tightened it (pliers), and no more leak at all. No prob. When assembling, there are 2 tiny little plugs you have to remove before attaching both hoses. Also no prob, but I thought the product was broken for a second because no water was coming out. Ezpz, and I bet it was in the instructions which I of course didn't read lol. ... show more
