Love the stylish look. Very quiet. Puts out great heat on high. But, i had it on a dedicated outlet I ran my window air conditioner on. And the cord would get really hot. Scared me of a fire, so only ran it on lower and it became just another useless heater.

So Far, this heater heats well. The feet with the wheels were easy to install and I like that with the wheels and the handle, I can move this easily. I don't like that it gets very hot to the touch, which my last heater did not. The booklet is not good at explaining how to change the controls on the heater or the remote. This is a wonderful heater. I have a fireplace/heater I bought a couple of years back to assist the heat in my back room. The fireplace/heater did ok on days when it didn't get below 40 outside. Overall I like the space heater, it heats up quickly, can be mounted to a wall or easily moved from room to room. However, recently we lost power and the heater was off. When the power was restored the heater turned on automatically. This at the very least is a cost issue as it could use electricity if this happens when not one is home. The worst, it could be a fire hazard. I've confirmed that each time the unit is unplugged, then plugged back it in automatically turns on. Perhaps there is a setting I am not aware of ... show more

This heater is totally quiet as it has no fan. It heats our large master bathroom very nicely. The best seems to be evenly distributed in the room. Not sure how accurate the thermostat reading is. I just adjust it until I find a comfortable setting and leave it alone. The remote is great. I find it more intuitive than the controls on the unit. If I wanted to keep it cooler at night and then heat it quickly before using the shower, I can give it a boost right from my bed in the AM with the remote. We had a heater fan under the sink that was noisy so we disconnected it. This is so much nicer. ... show more

I really like these heaters - I am heating a large space so I bought 2 - I have only needed 1 at this point in time. Easy to operate. Absolutely no noise. There is no fan but it does move air as items hanging high above it move while it is on. I recommend a little fan to help move air a greater distance. This does get warm so those with kids be aware. It does turn off it tipped over. We lost power a few times due to weather. When electricity came back on so did the heater however it came back on set to the highest level. This is the only drawback I see. Normally when I turn off/on it goes automatically to the prior setting. Happy with my purchase. Looks great in my room. ... show more

I waited a long time for delivery. Design aethetics are good. Color gray is a nice change from black or white. Weirdly the grey heater has a black remote? The thermostat seems to vary widely. It does not match other guages in my home which are accurate. I believe there are some major digital flaws for temp. aquision, production & maintainance in this heater. The remote is simple & works ok. The heating only comes thru the upper 1/3 of heater & is barely radiant despite a high setting indicating, in my opinion, it doesn't heat up well. The cors is on the short size. This is problematic aa it encourages extension cords which increase fire potential & surge issues. Why not make an adequate length for the cord? I believe the answer is that this is a very much over priced heating unit. I feel a reasonable price is more like $89.00 US. This heater is overpriced for what it is. I wish ghr onr I had heated more so that I could feel it useful. After waiting for it for so long, it doesn't work well enough to be useful. It will have to go back.
