Only had it for a couple days but so far, very nice. Ordered with a little trepidation, the reviews seemed almost too good to be true :). But they’re right - completely silent, heats up quickly in my 200 sq ft bedroom (10 ft high ceilings), and even looks pretty decent. The controls work well and there’s a good amount of options - little touch panel, or remote control, or the ‘smart life’ app (which although works fine, i’m not a big fan of - on the ipad, it forces the screen to be in landscape mode only, plus i have concerns about the app’s privacy and data collection). But not a huge deal, i mostly just set the temp on it in ‘eco’ mode, and let it do its thing, not much else i need to mess with. I’m upgrading from an old mica panel delonghi heater, which always had an annoying high pitched sound. So i really like that this is completely silent, perfect for the bedroom. The bugs bunny feet makes it hard to tip over, but the panel itself does get hot hot when in use, as expected. I think i read a review that said the plug get can get hot, but so far haven’t had that issue. Love the digital temperature setting, and when compared to my room thermometer, it’s quite accurate. My other concern was how this will hit my electric bill - while i don’t know yet, I’m hoping that eco mode helps make this cheaper to run than my old heater. Time will tell how well it’s built, but so far seems pretty solid. Almost bought one of those oil filled portable radiators, but glad i didnt, as they are reputed to make crackling or popping noises when the oil expands or cools their casings. Thought this was on the more expensive side of heaters (even at the sale price of $150), but sometimes you get what ya pay for - if it lasts for a few years and keeps me from freezing, then it’ll be money well spent. Considering getting another one for my living room, but i’ll wait to see my electric bill first 😁 ... show more

I am saving up to get my central heating repaired so I bought this to get me through early winter. I love it! It is so quiet I have checked the app to make sure it’s on. Within 15 minutes of turning it on the temperature rises several degrees. It is very stable and I love the ability to move it easily with the wheels. The wheels also keep it a safe distance away from walls or other items. I also appreciate the safe space underneath it. My cats love the heat of course but I do not have to worry about them brushing up against the heating element. The app was easy to install and connect. It works effortlessly. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Ballu Heater Pro! It's a fantastic upgrade from my old heater in every way. First and foremost, it's incredibly quiet. I can barely hear it running, even on the highest setting. This makes it perfect for bedrooms or any space where noise is a concern. The Ballu Heater Pro does an amazing job of distributing heat evenly throughout the room. My old heater would shut off before the entire room was warm, but the Ballu's intelligent algorithm, which takes room size into account, ensures consistent warmth from corner to corner. The app and remote control are both incredibly user-friendly. I love that I can choose between the temperature sensors in the remote and the heater itself to fine-tune my comfort.     • great heater with accurate temperature adjustment

This is the second heater I purchased from Ballu. The first one was mica infrared space heater and that one exceeded my expectations. I purchased that first one for a big bedroom that we could not heat up with anything else. But once I saw how that one worked - I decided to buy another one for our second small bedroom. Problem with that was that the bedroom is really small - 9x11ft, so the mica infrared cannot work, because it radiates so much heat, that it feels too hot inside and there is no space for it on the floor. This is when I made a decision to purchase this one. It's a convection type and the heat just goes up from it. It works great. I love it. The temperature adjustment is perfect. You can turn the display off for the night, and it is super quiet. I don't hear it during nigh, no clicking, no buzzing. It is fantastic. But there is one downside. It heats up a lot. The back is almost as hot as the front. Don't think about installing it on the wall until you figure out how to insulate the wall from the heat. If your wall is concrete, then it's fine I guess, but not in a wooden home or on a cardboard wall. I measured the temperature in the back and it is 165°F. Make your own conclusion. Heater us just fine but only if you want to manually turn it on and off. I bought because it was supposed to work via an app and bluetooth, be able to control from anywhere, set timer..... none of that works. The app just never finds the device or finds device then looks to be connecting for 2-3 minutes then fails with explanation. ... show more

I love this heater. It is very thin & can mount on a wall or run on the roller feet. Radiant heat provides a more consistent & even heat that blower heaters. It is also dead silent, which is great at night. The biggest hit for me though is the web app. It allows you to set up scenes & schedules to you don't have to constantly manage it with a remote. You can set it to turn on before you come home, off when you leave & even turn itself down at night if you prefer. It will manage all this for you so you can just let it run its routines & forget it.
