  • I need a few parts before I can start using it
My likes and dislikes my likes aren’t there right now cause I can’t use it because the axle bolt to connect. The trailer is too small but what I would like them to do is implement the next time they mail something out like this or something like this or add something like the three size bolts that you would need for your bike Like 3/8 all the way up to M2 by 1.25 so it gives more of an option how you need to go about attaching it and the 3/8 bolts so that way, the person who is attaching it to their bike, does not have to worry about purchasing another bolt for attachment. I did have a little paint that was either rubbed off during transportation or did it fully get painted I touched it up afterwards, but my fender was also cracked as well split when I took it out of the package and if they would’ve supplied at least two more bolt sizes, which would’ve been a total of 3 V sizes I would be able to use it like right now. I had to order something so I have to wait for them to come in so I can use it. I’ve only had to replace the swing arm once and come to find out that swarm is actually warranted because there have issues. My issue was the swing arm came off. I’ve been the clamps and the jaws to hold it to the axle bolts. Replaced the axle bolts with the M 12 and then I got to use it. I mainly use mine to take the Eccles to them from places meeting two homes sorted and then directly to the recycling center, and the first time with me using it I have actually had an issue with the swing arm I got found out they did warranty it and from there, had an issue coming off because I put a couple clamps on side so I have it come off it’s not coming off. I made sure that I can remove it but it’s not coming off at this time. I’m also using it for other things like grocery shopping for myself , or run a few errands kind of thing and other than the swing room portion is doing pretty good. My issue is my rear fender on the trailer came cracked and chipped in a couple spots but since that’s just a rear fender that’s replaceable you can get that fender pretty much anywhere. I’m not worried about it that’s a small problem and I’m not in a hurry to fix it because I’m gonna be doing would be damaging more and plastic. I would want to change it with something like aluminum or a little bit stronger metal so I wouldn’t have to worry about replacing it right away. ... show more

  • Bike trailer
It's great built well but missing parts without the connecting bolts I really can't give a full review.

  • American Designed, Foreign Made
I like the design and the changes made from the first model. Unfortunately the steel used to make it isn't of the same quality as it would be if manufactured in the US. If used within the limits given in the instruction sheet this will be durable but it shouldn't be pressed beyond them or there could be issues. The first cargo trailer got loose from Amazon Prime shipping and wandered across the country. Amazon Customer Service corrected this issue and reordered another cargo trailer and it arrived from Texas in 2 days. Customer Service has done it for me again: THANKS! It took me about an hour to assemble. The instructions do not reflect the upgrades but I was able to get everything assembled correctly. I do like the use of hollow-head screws: harder for me to mess them up. The lower attachment for the rear wheel is somewhat of a press fitting and needs a little mallet assist to get it started. There is a hollow-head bolt that is used to draw it in tight. I have a KBO Tornado and it uses the 12mm x 1.25mm hitch posts that can be purchased separately. In the second iteration additional clearance was given so this cargo trailer will fit large eBikes. The Tornado has 26" wheels. I have confirmed the trailer hitch fits on my bike and has adequate clearance with the fender. I live in a rainy area and will be getting this on the road once we start getting dryer days. The quality is sufficient and should be rugged enough for a grumpy old man to get out for camping and hauling over weight camera gear down the road. I would recommend it to thoughs who also need it for similar service. Additional internal packing could be used to stabilize the disassembled contents. The box was dropped at least once sufficiently to break the plastic end stoppers used to seal the lower tubes on the cargo box. I used some of my rubber walking stick ends to cover them so now I'm also carrying spares for it. ... show more

  • This company is not making quality trailers.
The media could not be loaded. The welds are crap, the pivot is sloppy and weak. The customer service is helping out but had to go straight to the companys landline outside of Amazon. Update: They are shipping a replacement part. Let's see if it improves the pivot. Update 2.0 The replacement has arrived and it still is too sloppy for me and it is too late to return now. Well played Amazon!!! Avoid unless you like feeling like the bike is about flop on it side. ... show more

  • Awesome
Tracks behind perfect and holds right amount of whatever I put in it , groceries to gear. I even modified a kick stand on to it fer twin supports with bike kick stand.

  • Very good trailer but has one problem.
Great trailer overall but only comes with one set of stub's to mount the trailer to the bike. The stubs should screw into the rear wheel shaft on each side but didn't fit my bike. Another problem is that the closest thread size of the provided stub was 3/8 24 fine thread rather than an expected metric size. The 3/8 bolt would only go in a little more than a third of an inch and had to be cleaned up with a tap, not a big deal but a quality control issue on a small part. Adding other size stud's for different bikes would have made it much easier. The rest of the trailer is 5 stars all the way. ... show more

  • Defective weld
Went on secod ride after hooking it up to my fatbike. About halfway up to the fire road, i heard something snap and soon as i got to safe area, i checked the trailer to see what was broken. Found welding that held rear shock was snapped off. I had to tie it together with bunge cord so i could make it back home. Only had 10lb(camera with long lens)cargo. This trailer is rated for 90lbs ... show more
