I purchased this cover 2.5 years ago when it was on sale on Amazon. After 2.5 years the cover has completely came apart. The underside felt fell off a year ago, the latch stop working, the skin of the cover has started peeling off the metal and is cracking everywhere. I tried to contact them for the warranty and they claim because I did not pay full price for it on Amazon that I am not valid for a warranty. Pretty sad that this is my third cover from this company and they will not honor the warranty on this fairly new cover. Stay away from this company ... show more

Look at the pictures, I bought this after I purchased my 2020 Ram in October of 2020. I have made two attempts to contact, one to support, but no answer after many weeks now. This truck is under cover all day so there is minimal exposure to the sun most of the time. Looks like I am going to spend another $1200. ... show more

Love this Cover. Looks Great. Very low profile. Lots of complements on how great it looks. If you have a locking tailgate, it makes your cargo area very secure. Security is the main reason to get it, but the fact that it is easy to roll up and use, along with a very good look is a excellent bonus. My wife loves it because she can roll it up or close it from the side of the truck and does not have to get in the bed to do either. Only issue I had was the plastic covers for the rear corners tend to break on assembly. Mine was broken in the box when I received it. But it is easy to glue it on tight or just call and get a replacement. Installed by myself in less than 30 min, But one thing that is not covered in the installation instructions, very clearly, is making sure that the back of the rails need to be square or the tailgate will scrape when closed or the cover will not lock properly. A couple of washers as shims make it square up and once square it works very smoothly. I have had it for a month now with no complaints. It has been through some heavy rains. No issues. We did have a couple of nights below freezing and it is difficult to roll when frozen. ... show more
