I received mine on 1/12 and it stopped working on 1/17. I only use it in the office and intermittently plus 1/15 was a holiday. . The item itself is good and works as expected. My lights and heating still work but the massage blades do not roll anymore. I'm asking for a replacement and will change the rating based on customer service. Update: While waiting for the replacement, I turned it on again and it worked. It seems that if it is on too long or it gets too hot, it will automatically turn off. I must have been using it for far longer than I thought that day. I've been mindful of it ever since and it has worked wonders for my lower back. Definitely recommend. I received this today and ripped it open like a little kid on Christmas morning. This is a massage PILLOW. Some reviews complain about the small size, but I find that a PRO because I can place the pillow easily on my lower back, calves, thighs and neck. It may not be the strongest massage pillow out there, but for me, I found the pressure to be just right. Others have also noted that there is ' no heat'. Admittedly, the heat takes some time to rise to it's highest temperature, but once it reached, it feels great - just the right amount of warmth. This is my first day of use, and I truly feel less tense in those problem areas; and I don't say that lightly. The media could not be loaded. I tend to carry stress in my neck and shoulders and get very tight knots at night where I cannot sleep at times. And scheduling a deep tissue massage at 10 P.M. or midnight is not an option, unfortunately. I was desperate to find a massage tool to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain that keeps me up at night. I have several neck and shoulder tools that I use but they just weren’t living up to my expectations. I needed something more intense and consistent in helping me to relax. After some research, I came across the Viktor Jurgen massage pillow, and I’m so happy I did! This plug-in portable massager has 4 rotating balls along with the option to turn on the ‘heat’ mode (turns red when on), also comes with a car connector so you can use it in your car. What I love about this massager is the consistent power it provides, and it stays on without overheating or the motor ever stopping. I can press my neck and shoulders deep into the massager and it does not lose its kneading, rotating power, and I have spent over an hour on it most times. This is super amazing because when my neck is super tense, I need maximum strength to loosen those knots. Although the heat option is not too hot, but you can certainly feel the warmth while giving off a calming effect. The motor noise is not too loud where it would be too annoying, but if I’m watching tv while on it, I would have to turn up the volume a few notches. One thing I would add to the improvement of this product would be to have the balls spaced out a bit farther apart because I find myself having to move and adjust my body to allow the rotating balls to hit the right spot, and in doing so, one side of my neck is not getting massaged properly. It works great! Temperature was warm not hot which is good, and it’s easy to put together. The balls are on the harder side so if you wanted soft balls this is not for you.

It works fine but becomes very uncomfortable and painful in just a couple of minutes - the rollers are very close to each other and falls on top of my backbone. Ive used similar massagers in the past but none of them were as painful as this. The flap/cover at its top is also very thin (not padded) so it hardly does anything.
