We had to take our son to move into his freshman dorm along with all his stuff - one way 700+ miles and purchased the massage chair pad to help us get through the long miles driving. The massager worked really well - helping relieve sore and cramped muscles in back and shoulders and the heat function was a nice touch. The only down side was that at times it was too relaxing when driving :) I was a little skeptical that at a12v connection would provide enough power to give a deep massage but it worked beyond our expectations. I got this product to help my back in long distance driving, but it doesn't work in my car. It works okay in the house, but the massage it not very vigorous and the heat is not that hot.

Installed the day i got it and when i turned it on it started but shut off almost immediately. Filed a return and got a replacement unit. The new one worked great for about a week then started doing the same thing. Returned them both and will switch to a different brand.
