The only issue we had was during installation where the instructions specifically lay out how to do this. When putting the handle bars on, if you have an issue with it coming loose - just turn the handlebars 180 degrees and try again. Ours was facing the wrong way. Other than that user error, we love this thing and so does our kiddo. She’s tall for her age but she couldn’t fully touch the floor at first, but even with her tippy toes she was able to scoot around easily. Easy to assemble. My 12 month old isn’t very interested in it. She doesn’t know how to use it and move around yet. Feel it’s better for ages 2 and up and not 1 years olds unless you have a baby who knows how to use their legs to push around already.

Had to change the hand grips due to the sun eating them through, but we've had zero to no care about it being outside every day. It’s light duty, and low enough for my 12 month old, but it is not very sturdy, and tips over easily! It also feels cheap like it may break. She loves it so I hope it holds up! But not sure why there were so many great reviews on this, with how cheap it feels!
