  • The last hitch you will ever buy - very awesome!
I bought the Tow & Stow 2” shank, 3-ball, with 3” drop/rise. This is on my 2017 Lexus GX 460 Luxury with OEM Class IV hitch. My hitch height is 15” to top inside of receiver opening and my Lexus has air suspension, so it always levels out under load. This Tow & Stow hitch is an amazing product. I wanted something versatile to tow a variety of trailers. Note that I am glad I got the 3” drop because the 5” would hang too low, plus the 3rd ball would hang even lower in its lowest setting. This hitch works out perfectly and maintains the 8” ground clearance of my Lexus SUV. I like that I have a 6-inch drop/rise range, 3 ball sizes, and it can stay on my SUV relatively unnoticed. Adjustments are so simple. Right now I tow a small 2000 lb. enclosed utility and this easily handles it, and I only use it in the 1” drop position to get perfectly level. Plus it looks cool on my SUV when in the stowed position - saves hitting your shins too! I take it off because I don’t tow a lot and I bought a locking pin so that it does not walk away. A nit would be that they should include or option a set of locking adjustment and shank pins. Although the hitch can’t be stolen (with my aftermarket locking shank pin installed), it could be rendered useless if the ball and height adjustment pins are taken. First, let me say I’m a big fan of B&W. I have their turn-over ball gooseneck hitch on my truck and it works like a charm. When the time came to stop switching between 1 7/8 stinger & ball to a 2” stinger & ball or to a 2 5/16” setup, I wanted to look at B&W first. I looked at others too, but the B&W just has a better design. I like that I can flip the hitch out of the way so nobody’s shins are destroyed. The hitch itself should qualify as an industry work of art - the design, the functionality, the quality are second to none. AND it’s made in the USA by American workers, from American steel. I know I can depend on this hitch when I’m towing thousands of pounds down the highway. Remember, you get what you pay for. When safety is at stake, buy quality equipment. ... show more

  • No more bangs on the shin.
This replaced my tri- ball fixed mount. Can’t tell you how many times I banged my shins on it. It is very nice to stow it away when not in use. It does rattle a bit so I’ll probably get an anti rattle device. Easy height adjustments. Pretty pricey but it is well built.

  • Last Hitch you will ever need
I finally bit the bullet and spent the money for the 3” drop tri-ball. So glad that I did. It is definitely the last hitch I will ever need. The quality speaks for itself. Definitely heavy duty and fits great on my F150 without being too low.

  • Never will need another hitch
I initially got the 5 inch drop for my stock 2013 ford f150. It was too long and stuck about 9 inches from the ground to the lowest point of the drop shank. This 3 inch drop is perfect now and is more than 11 inches from the ground like B&W recommends. I am a little worried about the clevis pins in a car wash. Other than possibly needing to use a pintle hitch, this hitch should last me for a long time with trailers at work, horse trailers, and boat trailers. Very solid design.   • Heavy duty hitch!
The hitch was well built and very heavy duty. I pull a 16 ‘ enclosed trailer and this hitch works great. The price was the best I found and couldn’t find anyone that could beat it.
