This case is cute, but more importantly functional! It makes it so much easier to enjoy my Kindle without worrying about dropping it or it falling out of my hand while reading. I like to read in bed and oftentimes lay on my side, holding my reading materials in one hand. The back strap makes it easy to feel more secure with doing that - even if I start to doze a little. The pop up stand in the back also makes it easy to read while doing something else with your hands, all while being so slim and binding within the covers flap. The cover also has a slight magnetic closure so your Kindle will come on as soon as the cover is opened. I’m super happy with the quality, appearance and usefulness of this item. This is a great protector for my new Kindle. The pattern is lovely and easy to find in a larger bag such as a carry on. It's got a slight texture to it that is gratifying to touch. I enjoy having the option of the hand slip and kick stand, I use them both depending on how I am sitting. The only thing I think I would have liked is a clip close. Even though it does have a magnetic close it's not super strong and I'm now quite sure if in a bag tumbling around it will be sufficient. so cute and durable and convenient with the kickstand and strap for holding. Has a pocket to put something into (not sure what, but you can put something small and flat in the pocket haha. maybe some sort of id card to "return to owner"?) LOVE the Little Prince, which the inside had a different quote than the outside, but it's ok. It definitely adds some bulk to the Kindle, but worth the protection and convenience in my opinion. still lighter and smaller than a paperback book, let alone several if you are going on a long trip! ... show more

I love the pink sparkle! It's pretty much what I was looking for after much debate on whether to go with a Kindle case with a cover or just a clear case on the back. I decided on this particular case thinking that it would be easier to take off and on without cracking my Kindle, as the Kindle doesn't feel too-high quality IMO. I don't use the little hand slip too often since I typically hold my Kindle with my right hand. The case is functional and cute, I feel more comfortable tossing my Kindle into a bag without worrying about the screen. I've only had it a few weeks and my only concern is how long the case will last. The spine of the case has some creasing from being folded but isn't showing any signs of cracking, just not sure how long it'll stay that way. If anything does happen, I feel like the price was reasonable enough for me to order another. ... show more

I actually really love this case. Of course I bought it for the saying on it Don't touch my kindle, I thought that was funny. When I got it and opened it I was so pleased to the stand was nice and strong and even the hand grip was great. I wish I can find more like this with saying on it from books I've read. This case is so cute and I use the kickstand often to prop it up when reading and taking notes! The cover stays securely closed as long as there is nothing in the little kickstand credit card slot so keep that in mind if you plan on using that pocket. I was concerned it'd make my kindle overly bulky. I got the basic because it's so small and used the kindle with no case for a few days before this arrived but it actually doesn't add much bulk and I can still read one handed! ... show more

Nice brightly printed pattern, durably constructed, not too heavy, the Kindle 11th Gen fits neatly in the plastic socket for it, has a little pouch-slot perfect for a modern transit pass card. The kickstand is a nice touch for reading while eating, the elastic strap is good for one-handed reading, and small magnets help keep it shut and hold it open (when using the one-handed elastic strap, for example). You have to doubt if some covers will really protect your Kindle if you drop it; this cover engenders confidence. It does basically double the Kindle's thickness, making it more suitable for a larger cargo pocket, but that's the price you pay for such things. ... show more
