I purchased in Jan of 21". It's works fine everytime. I can program every single one of my finger prints and my toes if I wish, plus more. Still using the same batteries I put in when I bought it. I'm happy.

    • Does what I hoped it would, and company responds to inquiries
First the obvious. It's a gun safe, or simply a safe for small items you want to have quick and easy access to. I have never had an issue with either the fingerprint sensor or buttons. Sure, there are times where I don't depress the buttons fully as I blaze through entering my code. But truly that is on me, not the safe, as I've always been able to enter my code more deliberately a second time and the safe opens....as it should. That is the point. You can count on this safe to work, period. Customer Service: I bought my first safe in October 2020 and subsequently lost the key. Due to life circumstances I just got this safe back in my possession and the original batteries were dead. Locked out! But the AweSafe customer service is as amazing as the safe's themselves. Within 24 hrs of my email, they got back with me. I'll soon have my original AweSafe back in service along with this larger model. Very pleased customer. ... show more

My husband bought me these safes for a birthday present and they are simply the best and the customer service is incredible. I had a little trouble getting the programming right with one of the fingerprint readers. Customer service and Jack Bao of Awesafe, walked me thru the process of programming and ultimately just swapped out the safe with a new one! I also lost a key, and it only took a quick email to get a replacement.
