I ordered this item in Aug to have for a sept hunt out of the country. 1st day out the black top came off of stock while walking and I was unable to find it in the water. I waited until I returned home to call about purchasing a new end or to see if manufacture would do anything about the missing tip. The manufacture was unwilling to help because it was 30days after sale. I didn’t use it until 30 days after purchasing, I guess that’s on me for purchasing early. When I tried to purchase just the top piece I was told it was unavailable, only way I could get the piece was to purchase for full price another gear stick. Unacceptable customer service and quality IMO ... show more
