This robotic cat littering is very easy to setup up. It’s easy to unbox due its light weight. It comes with a self deodorizing function that allows the litter keep at the bottom of the trash bag. It takes about a week for a cat to make the trash bag full, and the machine can notify me on my phone it’s full and it’s time to change the bag.     • Not what I hoped--and refund not processed
1) Limits amount of litter you can use, so urine clumps ALWAYS stick to rubbery bottom - they need a nudge to separate to roll into the dumping area. 2) Old litter rolls out of the dirty compartment with each cleaning cycle. The smell is worse than just scooping your litter into bags/litter genie. Value for money 👎 Performance 👎 Ease of installation 👍 Major Design Flaw 👎 Would not buy again. Later edit: email from seller immediately offered refund, YAY! It has been a week, no refund, boo. Requested refund via Amazon, which requires a return.     • Odor remains and it does not remove clumps of litter.
This design is difficult to add litter to the unit and does not work efficiently to remove litter. Large clumps remain in the barrel and I find it much less than desired.

I just received my litter box and for the life of me cannot figure out connecting it to the app. I’ve watched several videos with no luck. I think it works fine by itself but part of the appeal is having it connect to my phone.

Instructions were very clear and app connection was easy to set up. If you are looking for a low profile auto litter box due to limited space, this is a great product. Good size— fits my medium sized cats and they love watching this robot spin for some reason! It keeps them entertained. Good quality and easy to clean, which is so important because some of the other ones I’ve had were a huge hassle. Pretty light in weight, and doesn’t take up too much space. Although my cats initially used this box, it became a n i g h t m a r e purchase.. A few days after replacing the waste bag, I opened the lid only to discover wet/dirty litter covering every nook and cranny. It spilled onto the floor. The litter pan was caked with wet and dirty litter that had not cycled. (Amazon quickly agreed to a return and refund.) IF you decide to try this box, I recommend using a corn- or wheat-based litter...anything except a clay clumping one. I live near the ocean and am still cleaning litter from the inside of the shower stall so it doesn't go into the bay. Thankfully, a part for our r o b o t 3 litter box arrived yesterday.
